Connect to where you’re at the present moment vs who you thought you want to be. I want you to become comfortable with breath and movement and no judgement!
My hatha flows come with a nice warm up, awakening of the breath, alignment and easing into the vinyasa.
I create flows guided by the energy you transmit.
The most important aspect of my yoga is to set your intention and to be ok with where you’re at. We base your practice based on self love, accepting where you are, and learning to slow down, noticing and growing from there.
Our yoga practice is infused not just with breath, asana and meditation but also self love and care tools, especially essential oils. I’m an advocate for overall wellness and educate about the power of plant medicine.
Meditation + Mindfulness
Compassion and happiness comes from within.
A sound mind is finding power in the pause. Meditation and mindfulness is so important and why I’m so passionate about it.
With meditation it doesn’t have to be just sitting and finding that “quiet”, I like to guide people to know that you’re not always your thoughts. I like to guide you to your inner teacher, to know what is serving you or not.
Allowing you to find comfort and ease with sitting with yourself and finding a neutralization with the practice and letting go of things that bother you.
