About Me

After facing many injuries, trauma and anxieties, yoga transformed and saved my life. Since 1999 when I started practicing I realized that I wanted to share my evolution with everyone in need. I enrolled in several yoga teacher trainings, completed my MBSR and mindful based stress reduction at Duke Integrative Health. My goal is to incorporate all the aspects of healing to help you create a more balanced life and to create customized routines for individuals, groups and corporate workplaces.


By using meditation and movement you connect the soul and spirit to the physical body. I have the treasure to bridge a huge community of people wanting this guidance for years. By curating wellness programs we bring mental and physical awareness around the world.
